Background / History

Sister bar to the renowned Cafe Mambo, Savannah has in recent years become a prominent feature of the world famous sunset strip. Doubling its size in 2007 Savannah has a laid back and funky attitude ensuring a buzzing vibe whatever time .

Open from 11am through til the early hours of the morning, Savannah has a modern menu which has something for everyone. From Brunch to Salads, Baguettes, Pastas and Grills and also brags a stunning sunset terrace from which to enjoy your cocktails or champagne sangria.

Food / Menu

With our two menus, to suit either day or night, we simply do have something for everyone.

Our day menu offers a variety of cooked breakfasts or simply a light snack such as our Savannah Club Sandwiches, or a delicious salad. We offer heavenly milkshakes and freshly squeezed orange juice to accompany our delectable day menu.

Our night menu offers a taste of different continents. Choose from light starters such as prawns or salads, leading onto appetising main dishes such as steak or chicken. With a selection of pasta also on offer, you will be spoilt for choice. To finish of your delicious dinner, choose one of our desserts. Complete your meal with a superior bottle of wine or champagne.

Savannah

2008 is looking set to be an amazing, diverse year for us. With a fully-fledged DJ database and a broad network of contacts, Savannah is an ideal base to embark on a night out, as much as it is to relax on a hot Ibiza summer day. We regularly offer the best deal on tickets to the superclubs and often provide free transport to get you there. With regular personal appearances from an array of quality talent, Savannah has become a must do pre-club experience. Join us for our fabulous pre-parties or simply to while away the hours under the Ibiza sun.

Daytime

The alluring Café Savannah is an oasis of serenity and calm during the day, complimented with chill out tunes spun by the resident DJ that reflect a true feel of summer.

Our sun terraces attract the rays and make for a tranquil and relaxing sunbathing setting, and with a full waitress service on hand there is no need to lift a finger. With the sparkling sea just inches from the terrace, those wishing to dangle their toes in the med can take full advantage of our large waterbed whilst soaking up the rays.

Our chill out zone hosts a breathe easy space with slightly shaded daybeds ready for you to lay back and back in the later afternoon sunshine. Simply ease off for a while and enjoy the sheer indulgence that is Savannah at daytime

Night Time

With the imminent sunset approaching, the crowds begin to assemble on our sunset terrace. The slumberous of Savannah beings to abate as twilight creeps in and Ibiza at night awakens. Enjoy drinks on our sunset terrace as the spectacular fire dancers perform their show with breathtaking moves. Our music changes from chilled out tunes, to funkier, more upfront beats.

Expect some of the biggest names in Ibiza. Savannah plays hosts to pre-parties for the superclubs every night of the week with top DJs spinning the wheels of steel. 2008 will see MN2S with DJs such as Fedde Le Grande, Joey Negro and Kurd Maverick. Wonderland will also be hosting its pre-party here with DJs such as Pete Tong and Eric Prydz.

Savannah is also very honoured to have the legendary Louie Vega choose our venue for his first season residency hosting the pre-party for Soul Heaven. For those wishing to carry on the party, head through to our exclusive Back Room for a night with just as much pizzazz as the Ibiza superclubs.
